2. Repair Process

  • Quotations: All repair cost estimates will be provided before service commencement.
  • Authorisation: Clients must provide explicit authorisation for the agreed-upon repairs.
  • Diagnostic Fee: In cases where repairs are declined after the diagnostic phase, a diagnostic fee may apply.

3. Warranty

  • Limited Warranty: All repairs and associated parts are covered by a limited three-month warranty unless otherwise specified.
  • Voiding Warranty: The warranty is automatically void if there is any subsequent physical or liquid damage to the device after the repair.

4. Payment

  • Quoted Prices: Clients are expected to pay the quoted price for the agreed-upon services.
  • Additional Costs: Additional costs may apply if unforeseen issues arise during the repair process.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation: Clients may cancel a repair order before the commencement of services. A cancellation fee may apply.
  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to our discretion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Security

  • Backup: Clients are responsible for backing up their data before submitting devices for repair.
  • Data Loss: Macworks will not be held liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.

7. Liability
