We use Grade A+ parts to repair your apple device.
2What is the typical turnaround time for repairs?
We aim to have your repair done same day or within 24hrs - 48hrs, however this is dependant on stock availability and level of repair required.
3How much does a diagnostic assessment cost?
We offer FREE diagnosis on all devices.
4Is there a warranty on your repair services?
We offer a limited 3 month warranty on repairs. warranty excludes any physical damage or liquid damage upon completion of repairs.
5What happens if my device is not repairable?
You will need to collect the device.
6Can you repair water-damaged Apple devices?
Yes. However due to the nature of liquid damage we cannot promise that all devices are salvageable.
7Do I need an appointment for a repair?
No, you can call or whatsapp us or you can drop by the shop.
8What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and EFT payments.
9Is it necessary to back up my data before bringing in my device?
We advise customers to ensure that they have a back up of their device.
10What information do I need to provide for a repair quote?
We will need the model number or Serial number of your device in order to provide a quote.
11Can you assist with software-related issues in addition to hardware repairs?
Yes. We offer various software solutions from data recovery and transfer, to OS updates and general support
