Macworks is very professional and efficient from the start. I needed a battery replacement on the same day as I use the MacBook for work, Priyanka was very proficient in assisting me. These guys were absolute perfection. After battling with my MAC OS for several years, Bret was able to assist me well under 5minutes and my Mac book was like brand new again. Fully recommend any mac user with problems to check them out.

Fantastic Service !! I had my battery replaced on my Mac in Europe and did not test my Mac before departure to my surprise my keyboard & mouse were not working when I got to SA. Having literally just landed I went straight to Macworks not only did they repair the fault in 10mins they did not charge ! Not better service is possible. 5Star

My MacBook Pro was completely dead, IStore quoted R22 000 to fit a new Logic board. Took it to MacWorks at 13:30, they sent a WhatsApp at about 16:30 with a photo showing the laptop up and running - they found and changed a burnt capacitor and charged us R2000. We had basically written this laptop off. What fantastic service - they get a full 5 stars 👊
